Easter Holiday Blues?

Well i've gone and done it again, picked up yet another knee injury.
That must mean the full set i think.

PFPS patello femoral pain syndrome, quite simply my kneecaps not on straight. The only way i can walk down steep hills at the moment is to walk backwards, which certainly gets some funny looks.
Sadly this means i've had to cancel a large amount of Mountain Leader and Scrambling work this Easter, most clients don't like it when they have to carry their instructor home.

I'll be opening up some more dates for Sandstone trips to fill in the gaps (don't worry
, i think i can manage the walk in to Harrisons :))

Basically any day from now to Sunday the 19th April i'll be happy to run family trips as long as there are 3 people booked. If your interested drop me an email at jamieevansclimbing@gmail.com

A good time was had by all on the Sandstone trip last Friday. The day started off fair but began raining lightly in the afternoon.

This turned out to be a golden opportunity to test out th
e crag in the rain.
It turns out, to my surprise, that sandstone is almost as usable in the wet as in the dry.
The kids on the course also had a great time exploring some of the small caves and passages dotted around the crag.
